No. We charge a one-off fixed fee — £495 for self-service or £995 for full estate agency. We take zero percentage of your sale price. What you agree with your buyer is entirely yours.
Self-service (£495) is for sellers who want to upload their own details and choose add-ons. Full agency (£995) includes hands-on support, photography arranged for you, accompanied viewings, and closer management of your sale — still with no commission.
We’ll work with you to review your pricing and listing. Your fixed fee covers your listing — we don’t charge again to make adjustments or relist.
No. The only additional costs are the add-ons you choose. There are no administration fees, no VAT surprises, and no charges on completion.
