No. We charge a one-off fixed fee — £695 for a Zoopla listing or £895 for Zoopla and Rightmove. We take zero percentage of your sale price. What you agree with your buyer is entirely yours.
The £695 package lists your home on Zoopla. The £895 package adds Rightmove. Both include the same professional agency support—buyer enquiries, viewing appointments arranged, and offer management. Neither includes accompanied viewings. For full estate agency with regular property visits, contact us.
We’ll work with you to review your pricing and listing. Your fixed fee covers your listing — we don’t charge again to make adjustments or relist.
