    Complete the online form with the property details and required material information.

    No account or registration is required.

  2. 2

    Upload your marketing information

    Upload your photographs, enter the room measurements and write the proposed property description.

  3. 3

    Review your listing

    Review the property information, photographs, description and asking-price information.

    You can amend the information before proceeding.

  4. 4

    Choose your portal coverage

    Select Zoopla for £695 or Rightmove and Zoopla for £895.

    The agency service is identical. Only the portal coverage changes.

    Add any optional services

    Choose accompanied viewings, professional photography, a floorplan, EPC or other available extras.

    Confirm and pay

    Review:

    • Accuracy declaration

    Then pay online.

    We contact you separately

    After payment, Alexandria Hamilton will contact you to confirm all legal property owners and complete the required identity, ownership and anti-money-laundering checks.

  8. 8

    Final review

    Alexandria Hamilton will review the submitted listing and request any necessary corrections or additional information.

    You will approve the final advert before publication.

  9. 9

    We publish the advert

    We aim to publish your property within 24 hours after all required identity, ownership and anti-money-laundering checks have been completed and you have approved the final advert.

    Portal processing times may also apply. The 24-hour period does not begin when payment is made.

  10. 10

    We manage buyer activity

    We handle enquiries, arrange viewing appointments and manage offers.

    You conduct the viewings unless accompanied viewings have been purchased.

  11. 11

    We support the transaction

    We issue the memorandum of sale and provide agency-led sales progression.

    Buyer contact information is only shared with the seller where the buyer has given separate consent or another documented lawful basis applies. We do not automatically share a buyer’s telephone number or email address with the seller.

After payment

What we complete before your property is advertised

Alexandria Hamilton carries out these steps separately after your payment has been received.

  1. Confirms the seller’s instruction.
  2. Identifies every legal property owner.
  3. Confirms that everyone instructing Alexandria Hamilton has authority to sell.
  4. Obtains identification.
  5. Obtains proof of address.
  6. Obtains proof of ownership or authority to act.
  7. Completes anti-money-laundering checks.
  8. Completes any enhanced due diligence required.
  9. Reviews the property information.
  10. Reviews the material information.
  11. Reviews photographs, description and measurements.
  12. Requests any missing or corrected information.
  13. Prepares the final portal advert.
  14. Obtains the seller’s final approval.
  15. Publishes the advert.

Your property must not be published until:

  • Payment has been received.
  • Every legal owner or authorised person has been confirmed.
  • ID checks have been completed.
  • Ownership or authority to sell has been confirmed.
  • AML checks have been completed.
  • Alexandria Hamilton has reviewed the listing.
  • The seller has approved the final advert.
