About the service

Yes. At Alexandria Hamilton, we list your property on Rightmove under our agency credentials, handle all enquiries, and manage your sale through to completion. We’re not a listing platform — we’re an estate agency that works for you.

Yes. Your full property listing will be live on Rightmove — the UK’s largest property portal with over 1 million homes and tens of millions of monthly visitors. You’ll receive a live link once we’ve published it.

Our standard package lists on Rightmove. Ask us about additional portal listings as an add-on.

Fees & pricing

No. We charge a one-time fixed fee of £495 when you list. We take zero percentage of your sale price, regardless of what your home sells for.

You pay the £495 (plus any add-ons you select) once you’ve approved your listing and are ready to go live. You don’t pay anything upfront to get your pricing report or listing preview.

The £495 covers your listing on Rightmove for up to 6 months. If you need to adjust your price or update your listing, we do that at no extra charge. After 6 months, we can discuss relisting options.

No. What you see on our pricing page is what you pay. There are no admin fees, no withdrawal fees, and no charges on completion.

The process

No. Our automated pricing tool uses real sold data from HM Land Registry to generate your pricing report instantly. No waiting for an agent to visit. No appointment needed.

Once you’ve paid and approved your listing, we aim to have you live on Rightmove within 24 hours. In most cases it’s faster.

You can upload your own photos when you submit your property details. If you’d prefer professional images, add our photography service at checkout.

An EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) is a legal requirement to market your property for sale in the UK. If you already have a valid one (less than 10 years old), you can use that. If not, add our EPC service and we’ll arrange it for you.

Viewings & buyers

By default, you arrange and conduct your own viewings. If you’d prefer someone to accompany buyers, add our Accompanied Viewings service and our agent will attend every viewing on your behalf.

Rightmove sends buyer enquiries directly to us. We handle all responses, qualify genuine interest, and arrange all viewing appointments on your behalf. You then conduct the viewing yourself — or if you have purchased our Accompanied Viewings add-on, a viewing agent will attend the property on your behalf.

Yes, at any time. Just contact us and we’ll update your listing on Rightmove. There’s no charge for price adjustments.

Legal & compliance

Yes. We are members of the Property Redress Scheme (Membership No: PRS056063), one of the two government-approved redress schemes for UK estate agents. If you have a complaint that we are unable to resolve directly, you can escalate it to the Property Redress Scheme at theprs.co.uk.

Conveyancing (the legal transfer of the property) is handled by your solicitor, as it is with any estate agent. We can recommend conveyancing firms if needed.
